  1. Resource monitor v1.1

  3. Is a small  Windows 3.1  program which dislpays
  4. the sizes of the GDI,System and User heaps.  It 
  5. also shows the amount of free memory left (inc-
  6. luding virtual memory). The program updates the
  7. values every few hundred milliseconds - but the
  8. user can change the sample time.

  10. I wrote the program  to help me debug the other 
  11. programs that I have to write for Windows.

  17. care, but use it at your own peril etc.
